We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In their original condition with all tags still attached

• In the original packaging (if applicable)

Final sale items (such as gift cards or items marked as "final sale") are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at dinosaurtshirt@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at dinosaurtshirt@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
